Community Action Team (aka CAT) would like to welcome you and your
family back to school! We are looking forward to a very productive and
fun school year. Our team is growing and changing with SCVi. We have a
fresh board, and we're looking to include a new team leader. If you are

CAT Meetings Our meetings are
scheduled on the second Thursday of every month. Our first meeting is
Thursday, September 9, at 9 a.m. This is a forum to discuss events and
activities for the new school year. Volunteer opportunities and
information will also be available. Be heard! Keep-N-Track & VolunteerSpot.com SCVi
CAT wants to continue to build a strong community of volunteers.
Volunteer information is available on the Web site. While we will
continue to use the Keep-n-Track system to sign in and out and log
hours, we would also like to encourage our teams, committees, and room
representatives to use www.VolunteerSpot.com as a tool to help execute
events and projects. Here, a project, team, or committee leader can
create and schedule an event, e-mail invitations, allow the volunteers
to pick an opportunity--and then the site does the rest! The site keeps
a calendar and e-mails confirmations and reminders to the volunteers.
