Ordering
During attendance in the morning, learners order their lunch for the day. You can also order for the whole week by sending in their lunch form on Monday.  It is the responsibility of the learner to tell their facilitator in the morning that they are purchasing lunch.  If your learner orders lunch but goes home sick or decides they don’t want lunch after all, you will still be responsible for paying for lunch as we cannot change the lunch orders with the vendors after we call them at 9:30am. 

Payment
There will be several methods of payment.  Your child can bring lunch money with them each day.  Cash will be accepted in the lunch line.  Additionally, you can send cash or check in a envelope marked “LUNCH PREPAY” along with the lunch order form (above) and place it in the lockbox in the lobby marked 'Lunch'.  

If Your Child Forgets Money
If your child forgets money or you did not realize that your account was low or your child buys lunch even though you sent one from home, you will be contacted via email.  We request that you pay for the meal as soon as possible.  This program is not a for-profit venture.  It is a service we are offering as a courtesy and need everyone’s cooperation to make it work.  If a lunch is not purchased, the lunch team has macaroni and cheese packets for sale for $1.

Drinks
Every lunch comes with a drink.  Some vendors are doing 100% juice, others water.  One drink will be provided per meal.  However, the snack shack and the vending machines also sell drinks for purchase during break and lunch times.

Substitutions, Allergies, Ingredient Information
The vendors are making only the items we have asked for and not bringing the ingredients separately.  So, it will not be possible to special order for your child.  If you have questions about allergies or ingredients, you may call the vendors directly.
