Ongoing Volunteer Needs

PIT Crew Parent/Partner Intervention Program

We are starting a reading intervention program in K-5, and NEED YOUR HELP!

We are looking for volunteers to team up with one or two students and work with them in an ongoing skill building program that will provide real, meaningful intervention for struggling readers.

There is NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, and it will be a lot of fun.  We will teach you what to do and how to do it.

The time requirement is whatever works in your schedule. If you can come one day a week for 1 hour, that is great! If you can give more, that is wonderful too.

You will be working with the same student every week, have an opportunity to see progress made, and know that you had a hand in it.

Morning Valet

Morning Valet is a safe and quick way to drop your student off in the morning.  Avoid the traffic at the front of the school.  Visit us between 8:15 and 8:45 each day.  Please read the

Morning Valet Guidelines for instructions on how to best use this program.

Playground Volunteer / Yard Duty

We're always in need of extra adults on the yard! Whether you'd like to visit once a week or a few times a week, we would love to have your help. Busy times are morning drop off (7:45-8:45), recess (9:45-11:00 ), lunch (11:15-1:15) and pick-up (3:10-3:30).
