3:30-4:00 in the lunchroom.

Welcoming all dancers!
All learners grades
3-10 are welcome to join the 2011-2012 SCVi Dance Teams, which will perform at school events, sport events, local events, and dance showcases.
Members of the team will learn various dance styles and performance technique.
The dance teams are under the direction of Melissa White, an eight-year member of the New Orleans Saints NFL cheerleaders with over Twenty years of teaching a variety of dance and over thirty-five years of dance training and experience.
Dancers practice afterschool on Tuesday or Wednesdays 3:30-5:00 p.m. or Fridays
12:30-2:00 p.m.
Dancers are placed on practice days according to age and level.

Join us for this exciting after school musical experience! All skill levels welcome, though a basic understanding of your chosen instrument is highly recommended. These musical muses will be there to assist you in furthering your ability to play your instrument and act as a guide in an exploration of a variety of songs, both old and new. The crescendo of this musical journey will be a collaborative performance in front of the whole school.

"Tuesday Night LIVE!"
We will study the art of acting and the fun of theatre! As we explore the fundamentals of improvisation we'll develop skills like creative thinking, self confidence, listening, brainstorming, team building and communication while having loads of fun and laughs. We'll work on camera and play in the fields of creativity from Improv to Shakespeare.
We'll hold a Winter and Spring performance, participate in the SCVi Performance Arts Showcase as well as performing at various school and community events.
As this is a performance group, commitment is important! No experience needed, but experience welcome! This club is great for learners, from those who would like to come out of their shell to those that love the spotlight!
